Norfolk County Council is appealing for more people to volunteer to become a school governor.
There are large numbers of vacancies across the county, and Norfolk County Council has joined forces with the national School Governors' One Stop Shop to recruit more volunteers.
Anyone aged 18 or over, who can go to an average of two to four evening meetings a term, should consider applying. You don't need to have any special qualifications - just a real desire to help people.
